Quality over Quantity

AGE( Approx. Generation on earth)

I used to think that age directly equated to the years of wisdom you’ve been on this earth. Now I know there are some very lost old souls here as well. Just as lost as the people they look at on TV or in person and shake their head at about how “lost and stupid” they are. To them it must be like looking in a mirror. Their lack of understanding a roadblock in their mind to really see the similarities. But to the young persons defense they have time left to right their path; to wake up. Remaining stubborn, willful, entitled and know it all for too long makes you look( and feel, but they just can’t express it) ignorant on a whole new level. Wisdom is not something  immediately granted at each solar return, its cultivated, bestowed and endowed by our God( Universe, ancestors, karma- however you’d like it to be addressed) for our good works on earth. For treating others how we want to be treated and doing what we know is right even if there’s no one watching or you think your in the solitude of your own home.

There is definitely a “heaven” and a “hell” and its a lot closer to our person than we thought. Again, call it what you’d like.

Wealth(Possessions vs. knowledge)

All that glitters ain’t solid gold. Sometimes its plated and sometimes its hollow.

If it was offered to you for free would you take 340 or 3?  Kinda tough to answer that question when you don’t know what’s being offered. It might be problems, animals, millions, wishes or maybe fat back TVs.

If your colleagues got 300 emails a day and you only got 10 would that matter to you? What if their emails were spam and filler but yours were viable job offers, business proposals or sales? It’s not always about the number; its about quality over quantity.

I know some of the most unhappy rich people and some of the happiest poor people. It’s not the finances that make the mood; its the mentality. Ive heard it said over and over that money doesn’t change you it simply amplifies who you are inside. I agree. Money is not the root of all evil but the devotion to it over all else is.

Knowledge is the commodity that will save you time, energy, money, sanity, strength, friendships, hope- the key that gets you in every door. Your mentality is what breaks down and builds up walls. And since fucc’d up mentalities run the skin color and age gamut there is no safe zone. Your better off learning what’s being taught in these life lessons you live everyday. You do know every day is a test right? You thought pop quizzes in school were ridiculous try telling the universe “I want better” or “ I want more outta life” and see don’t you get tested with every piece of shit within a 50mi. Radius!  It’s gon be situations coming at you that are the COMPLETE OPPOSITE just to see if what you asked for is what you realllllllyyyyyy want. You gonna work for it?? Mmmhhhhmmm.

Enough of that. I don’t want to overwhelm.

Empower is the goal. Just as Ive been empowered. To take control of my actions, listen to advice and affect change wherever I can.
