or Embrace the Chaos: How Automation and Design Fuel Your Mindful Journey
Heey Crushes👋🏽,
Ever wonder why you hate meditation or why it never "works" ?
Are you struggling with feeling defeated or like that one mistake cost you everything? Let's get into this week's Topic: Automation and reward
I wrote this article for you!
The concepts of automation and reward play a crucial role in enhancing our practice of daily awareness of our physical, mental and energetic states. By integrating mindful techniques, such as focused breathing and intentional posture, we can automate positive mental states, leading to greater resilience and well-being. This automation not only helps rebuild confidence but also creates a rewarding cycle that improves relationships and magnetically draws positive outcomes into our lives.
Btw, this post complements a beginner-friendly guided meditation available on my YouTube channel, designed to help you reconnect with exact methods for how to automate your positive mental workflow and reward yourself with a less stressful, more enjoyable and agreeable personal mind state. SO, if for some reason you found yourself here but rather be there the link is below👇🏽
Here in the blog article, you’ll find practical advice on mastering meditation basics, and me explaining all the things I talk you through in the meditation itself like- what the first 10 minutes of your day should consist of, why posture and breathing matter, how to focus on you goals and how to turn them into real real outcomes and which tools support confidence and success.
If you're ready to get started let's dive in!
Automation(n.): The use of technology to perform tasks without human intervention.
Definition of Automation in Meditation and Mindfulness
Automation, in the context of meditation and mindfulness, refers to the use of technology or systematic processes to facilitate or enhance meditation practices without requiring constant human intervention. This can include:
Guided Meditation Apps: Software applications that provide pre-recorded guided sessions, allowing users to engage in meditation practices at their convenience.
Wearable Devices: Gadgets that monitor physiological responses (like heart rate or brain waves) and provide feedback to help individuals optimize their mindfulness practices.
Scheduling Reminders: Automated notifications that remind individuals to take breaks for meditation or mindfulness exercises throughout their day.
Personalized Meditation Plans: Algorithms that analyze user preferences and progress to suggest tailored meditation routines.
Overall, automation in this context aims to make meditation and mindfulness more accessible and consistent, enabling individuals to integrate these practices into their daily lives with ease.
First of all, Automation means no humans??
I had this question too- in short, no! Automation in this sense especially, means that we begin a routine, set and track habits and allow our ANS, autonomic nervous system, to alert us of major issues instead of keeping our entire body on high alert. Automation when it comes to mindfulness means you check in before you crash out!

The Foundation of Meditation: Breathing and Posture
Many beginners overlook how much posture and breathing influence meditation’s effectiveness. Sitting with the right posture and focusing on breath control can deepen your meditation experience and make it more transformative.
🧘🏽Top Four Tips for Effective Meditation
Sit upright but relaxed: Keep your spine straight to allow energy to flow freely. Avoid slouching, which can cause discomfort and distract your mind.
Feet flat or crossed comfortably: Choose a position that feels stable and natural. You can sit on a chair or cushion.
Hands resting gently: Place your hands on your knees or lap to maintain balance.
Relax your shoulders and jaw: Tension in these areas can block relaxation.
Automation and Reward guided actions to Enhance Meditation
"My breath is my anchor"
Deep, slow breaths: Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs fully, then exhale slowly through your mouth or nose.
Focus on the breath: Use your breath as an anchor to bring your attention back when your mind wanders.
Count your breaths: Counting to four on the inhale and four to Six on the exhale can help maintain rhythm and/or calm the nervous system.
Practicing these basics both during meditation and throughout your day builds a steady foundation for successful activation of meditation practices that help you focus less on imperfections and unwanted outcomes.
🧠 Pro Awareness: Imagining a colored or protective barrier is a powerful tool! The color matters and speaks to the feeling, warmth, actions and abilities of that light in your life- for example, imagining a soft warm light surrounding you, may evoke feelings of being surrounded by joy, love or wisdom and offer answers to your questions.
As you advance try both allowing your mind to see what color comes naturally and directing your mind to create the exact light you need in your meditation moments!
When You are Ready the Teacher Appears: Building Confidence Through Meditation with Rewards
Confidence grows when you consistently connect with your inner calm and clarity, allowing you to feel better prepared for when things go off the rails. Meditation helps you observe negative self-talk and replace it with positive affirmations. It also helps you focus your senses on the fullness of what you desire. In other words, meditation teaches you how to use your senses to put yourself FULLY in your winning scenario. The meditative rewards you experience are not physical possessions but rather moments of absolute clarity that can emerge from real-life experiences. These moments often compel you to re-evaluate your current belief system or reconsider your actions, leading to profound personal growth and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Here’s how to use meditation to boost confidence:
Visualize success: During meditation, imagine yourself achieving your goals and feeling proud. Feel the warmth that pride creates in your cheeks and the excitement that might make your hands clasp together in nervousness.
Repeat empowering phrases: Use repetition of affirmations like “I am capable” or “I attract success” to reinforce belief and ensure that they soak into your aura for all day recall.
Notice your strengths: Reflect on past achievements, no matter how small, to build a positive self-image. Allow yourself dedicated moments, maybe during the 10Minute Morning Routine to reflect on how your past risk taking has rewarded you the strengths you have currently.
Over time, these practices shift your mindset from doubt to assurance, making it easier to face challenges and pursue opportunities.
Why Certain Brands Use Certain Colors- Including Da'Zyre!
Relationships often reflect our inner state. Our inner state is motivated and organized by color. When confidence is low, communication can suffer, leading to misunderstandings or conflict. Even the colors of your favorite social media app affect how much you use it and how you mitigate its effect on you. Da'Zyre uses soft, calm colors like, silvers, greys and lilacs to relay a spa-like aesthetic. Our Design theory however includes bright, clashing colors that define what it's like to live in the chaos and still want nice things!
Moreover, engaging with beautifully designed environments or objects can significantly enhance our focus and motivation. Aesthetically pleasing surroundings not only inspire us to return for more but also ignite our creativity, encouraging us to explore new ideas and perspectives.
The Theory of Anti-Zen Design
Anti-Zen is built to clash with the calm, spa-like effect of guided meditations. It serves as a dopamine activation. Dopamine controls the body's functions that revolve around:
The "Reward" Mechanism
Motivation, willingness to give effort
Focus and executive function
and,
Reprogramming your brain
Pair meditation with action. Set clear goals, take consistent steps, and trust the process. Your renewed confidence and calm will naturally draw success toward you.

🚀The countdown at the end of our guided meditations is intended to help you carry less back into your current moment. Look each number as a physical step and intentionally and purposely return to your present moment with the awareness that you have already taken steps toward the right direction. Stay encouraged!
